This week we worked with vectors and vector layers. The first image demonstarates the use of some standard vector shapes and the application of deformations to give them a perspective effect. |

Next, we worked with vector shapes and applied various alignment and distribution options to them. I've used some of the Preset Shapes I created, including my penguin from the Toons class, to show a few of the options. |

I used some sphere shapes for the vertical options. I'm sure you're as tired of looking at the penguin, bee, boot and owl as I am! |

The last part of the lesson was on node editing a simple shape to improve it or change it. I started with a green gradient filled triangle and then added nodes, Symmetric, and then changed the node type to Cusp. |

Thanks for another fun week! The only part that wasn't fun was that I installed Namo and wanted to try to put my homework page together with it. Hmm, rather than wade through the manual, how about a class in Namo Webeditor? I'd figure out how to get those chocolates to you up there in Maine! :) |
