KTP Watercolor Filter Exercise; Digital Watercolor-Dry Brush Exercise - CONTINUED

The image below is a composite of three snowy views taken from the window above my desk. The first is the original. The second uses the basic effects presented in the lesson. The third used the Underpainting Intense Color style. I also used this style on the pentunia bed image on the previous page.

The next two images were made from two of my Pittsburgh photos. The first one shows some of the Pittsburgh skyline over the top of a 10 ton Bessemer converter which was built in 1930. The second view of the city was taken on a boat at the point where the three rivers meet. The sky in both photos was a pale blue with clouds. The first image had more clouds than blue and the second was taken at the end of the day when the sky began to turn pink. To make the cloud formations show up on the sketch I worked with the settings until they could be seen in the preview screen. I also used the Intense Color style on both images.
